This is an intensive 3-month coaching program aimed at helping high-potential women professionals navigate their career upwards.

What is included in the program?
This program includes formal assessments and a signature coaching process that includes four personalised coaching sessions
Formal Assessments: Targeted Coaching questionnaire + Personality Assessments and Exercises*
*Assessments and exercises are chosen basis context; May include Extended DISC or Meta Dynamics Profiling or MLEI assessment, Values Elicitation or Core Needs Exercise
Phase I: Discovery
- Discovery Session to understand client’s situation, background, and identify objectives, goals and expected outcomes of coaching agreement
- Administration of relevant personality assessment(s), values/core needs elicitation to ascertain behavioural tendencies and preferences
Phase II: Personalised Development Planning
- Assessment de-brief, identifying strengths & development areas and personalized career development planning
Phase III: Focused Action
Coaching client on taking specific actions to sustain strengths and develop the identified development areas
- Coaching on mindset for success, roadblocks and challenges
- On-going support and feedback throughout coaching engagement
Phase IV: Future-pacing
Coaching session to review progress, celebrate wins and future-pacing client for sustained success
